MainStay Suites – Live Like Home

MainStay Suites® is a midscale all-suites extended stay brand, providing guests the comforts and routine of home, at attractive long-term rates. MainStay® enjoys high occupancy reservations and operational efficiency due to the extended stay business model. By having welcoming residential/apartment style architecture, hotel franchises can feature single suites, queen suites, double-queen suites, and one-to-two bedroom suites, convenient on-site guest laundry and a MainStay Market area. This flexible floor plan concept also allows for selective conversions, easily adopting local market-driven design, guest room mix and suitable extended stay guest room features, along with fitness center or swimming pool, business center, and optional meeting space.

In 2012, MainStay Suites brand hotels received an average of 57.9% of gross room revenue through the Choice Hotels Central Reservations System (CRS) and other non-CRS marketing channels.*
