A Quality Assurance Review (QAR) program, where each hotel is reviewed by an independent third party (LRA Worldwide) on a periodic basis in an effort to maintain brand consistency. Additionally, we provide mystery shops at least once per year to measure standards compliance. Industry-leading Medallia administers our guest satisfaction program through guest surveys. At Cambria Suites, we work hard to help you make every guest experience a perfect ten. And our relentless pursuit of perfection shows. On a recent survey by Medallia, Cambria Suites scored 9.3 for overall hotel condition, a 9.2 for staff service and a 9.2 for “likelihood to recommend.”*
